What if I am to embarrassed to go to the gym?
Firstly remember every gym goer was a beginner once. Walking in with a program will give you more confidence as you know exactly what you need to do. If the gym really isn't for you right now. Not a problem. There are home and gym and gym workouts for every program.
Do I have to stick to a strict diet?
I will never tell anyone to cut anything completely out. If you want to maintain your results it is vital we have a smooth transition and have you eating in a way where not only can you get your results but also a way where you won't crash, binge or go backwards after the program. No foods are off limits (I have a pizza every week)!
Do I have to stay a member after the program?
Not at all, you can cancel your membership at the end of your program no questions asked. Most people do stay to learn more, go more advanced ad continue smashing goals.
Will I definitely get results?
Like anything in life you get out what you put in. If you give 50% you will get 50% results. If you put 100% in then yes you will smash it!
